摘　　要：将ＮＦ－ＩＬ６基因与谷胱甘肽转移酶（ＧＳＴ）基因融合并成功地表达出具有生物活性的ＮＦ－ＩＬ６，经ＧｅｌＲｅｔａｒｄａｔｉｏｎ分析证实该重组蛋白能与其ＤＮＡ识别元件结合。实验还发现，虽然重组蛋白的表达率较低。NF IL6, a nuclear factor for interleukine 6 expression, is a member of C/EBP family It plays an important role in gene regulation of inflammation, differenciation, acute phase reaction, forming of cytokine net, tumoregenesis and apoptosis In this report, we fused GST gene to NF IL6 gene and recombinantly expressed it in E coli The produced protein can bind to NF IL6 binding motif determined with Gel Retardation Assay In addition, we found that recombinant protein formed inclusion body , although the expression level was low
