摘　　要：在信息技术高速发展、知识爆炸的新形势下,如何提高高校计算机教育的质量和效果、培养学生的终身学习能力成为了广大计算机基础教育者必须深入思考的问题。提出计算机基础教育应以培养学生的信息素养为目标,以提高学生的应用能力为着力点,采用分层教学、模块教学以及网络教学相结合的教学模式。With the new situation of rapid development of information technology and knowledge explosion, how to improve the university quality and effectiveness of computer education and foster life-long learning ability of students becomes a problem that the teacher of basic computer education must reflect on. Presents that computer-based education should be to foster the students information literacy as the goal, to improve student proficiency as a focal point, using teaching based on levels, MES and network teaching combining teaching.
