摘　　要：在小型MIS开发中,应结合其自身的特点,灵活运用软件工程思想实施开发。开发过程中,应注重利用快速原型工具快速、准确地获取用户需求;应重视把用户领域的管理理念融入MIS,使其在运行中能够提高用户业务领域的管理水平,降低管理成本;应注重良好的程序设计风格以降低维护成本;应保证编程的连续性以维持思维的连续性和提高编程效率。In MIS developing period, vigorously using software engineering knowledge is highly recommended. A quick prototype tool can extract user＇s requirements more accurately; We need to pay attention on user side＇s business logic, integrate them into our MIS, and it can also improve user＇s management efficiency, reduce the cost of management. A coding guideline will decrease the maintaining expense in the future. A long period of programming consistency will keep people＇s thinking behaviour and increase developing efficiency.
