摘　　要：根据目前虚拟仪器技术的研究现状,并对虚拟仪器系统的实现技术方案进行对比,提出基于IP和LabVIEW的网络化虚拟仪器系统的实现方案,使信号采集、传输和处理一体化。系统利用采集卡PCl-6251(DAQ)和TCP/IP技术,设计、构建数据采集系统,运用图形化的编程语言LabVIEW,设计、开发系统软件,重点介绍网络化虚拟示波器与信号源的设计与实现。According to the current analysis of virtual instrument technology and comparatsion between the technical options of virtual instrument system, initiates IP and LabVIEW-based virtual instrument system. This option enables the integration of data acquisition, transfer and processing. With the use of acquisition card PCl-6251 （DAQ） and TCP/IP technology, designs.and builds up the data acquisition system. Also with the use of graphical programming language LabVIEW, designs and develops the system software. The presentation focus is the design and implementation of a networking virtual oscilloscope and signal source.
