摘　　要：该文介绍了中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所修购专项的总体情况及2006～2009年度修购专项经费预算的执行进度,总结了该单位修购专项及基本科研业务费专项管理的经验,并对今后工作提出了意见和建议。This paper introduced the overall condition of the renovations and purchase special items of the Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the progress of the special funds budget from 2006 to 2009, summed up the management experience for renovations and purchase special items and basic research funds, finally provided comments and suggestions for the future work.
