摘　　要：如何充分发挥已经建成的农业基本建设项目的作用是一个需要进行认真分析并不断加以总结的问题。在进行农业基本建设项目的建设工作时,不要把精力只放在项目争取和项目工程的建设上,还要在项目建成后对其作用的充分发挥上多下气力、多做文章,这是进行农业基本建设项目建设工作所应当给予关注的重要问题。How to fully develop the function of agricultural infrastructure projects need carefully analyzing and making a summary. When working on the construction of agricultural infrastructure projects, it should not only fo- cus on project bid and construction, but also on the function of project after achievement of the project, which was an important issue of the construction of agricuhural infrastructure project.
