摘  要:K型热电偶作为能量转换器能实现温度信号与输出电压信号间的转换,已广泛用于工业控制和数据采集过程中。由于传感器输入输出关系的非线性,为了对静态特性曲线进行标定和方便数据处理,在非线性误差不太大的情况下,通过最小二乘法拟合原理,采用直线拟合的办法来线性化,并通过基于C语言的虚拟仪器(CVI)提供的多项式拟合库函数Polynomial Fit进行多项式拟合设计,从而动态实现了电动势与温度一一对应的变化关系。K thermocouple which acts as energy converters is widely used in the process of industrial control and data acquisition. It can achieve the conversion between temperature signals and output voltages. Since the relationship between sensors' input and output is nonlinear, the static characteristics of calibration should be carded out and analyzed. According to the principle of least squares fit, the system adopts a straight-line approach to linear. This paper introduces a polynomial fitting design scheme which can achieve dynamic connection of the electromotive force and temperature variation. The design makes use of n-polynomial approximation to nonlinear curve, whose coefficients are determined by the least squares polynomial equation, and conveys the corresponding algorithm value to the function of polynomial fit.
