摘　　要：文章回顾了国防科技成果管理机构的作用，剖析了现阶段国防科技成果管理机构在功能上日益显现出来的局限性，提出为适应新时期国防科技创新发展的要求将国防科技成果管理机构定位为国防科技中介的思路和对策。The role of administration of national defense scientific and technological achievements is reviewed, the increasingly obvious function limitation of administration is analyzed. It is advised that administration of achievements should play the role of national defense scientific and technological intermediary to meet the requirements of national defense scientific and technological innovation and development.
