摘　　要：通过对我院的重点学科建设的总结回顾，探讨医院重点学科建设与医院核心竞争力之间的关系。“人无我有、人有我优、人优我强”是重点学科建设的灵魂，是营造医院核心竞争力的关键，是医院内涵建设的重要内容。重点学科建设在医院长远建设和发展中具有重要意义和作用。The relation between key disciplines construction and core- competitiveness of hospital is explored, through the review of key disciplinary construction in hospital. ＇Exploring new areas, Strength- ening competitive advantages＇ is the soul of key disciplinary construction, the key of core-competitiveness building of the hospital, and the important content of connotation construction. Key disciplines construction plays an important role in the building and development of hospital.
