摘　　要：目的分析昆明市公共场所服务人员乙型肝炎病毒感染及免疫情况,为预防免疫提供参考。方法抽样调取昆明市卫生防疫站2000年度、2004年度、2008年度公共场所服务人员乙肝五项检测报告各1000份,对比分析三组患者乙型肝炎病毒感染、具有免疫力及无免疫力年度变化情况。结果乙肝感染率从2000年12.4%下降至2008年8.4%,免疫率从2000年56.4%提高到2008年70.6%,差异具有统计学意义。结论公共场所服务人员乙肝感染率呈下降趋势,但仍维持在较高水平,需要进一步预防控制。Objective To Analysize infect and immunity of type B hepatitis detecting in service workers of public places in Kunming,provide reference for prophylactic immunity. Methods Report of type B hepatitis detecting were sampled in 2000,2004 and 2008 annum form control disease centre of Kunming,sample size was 1000 cases in every year,ratio of injection,immunity and unimmunity was contrasted. Results From 2000 to 2008,ratio of infection decreased from 12.4% to 8.4% ,and ratio of immunity increases from 56.4% to 70.6% in type B hepatitis detecting in service workers of public places,and the difference was significant in statistics. Conclusion Ratio of infecting type B hepatitis detecting had a tendency for decreasing but keep on a higher proportion in service workers of public places,the measure of epidemic prevention should be take in further.
