摘　　要：目的探讨CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术的应用价值。方法对204例患者行CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检术进行回顾性分析。结果204例患者共218个病灶行穿刺活检,其中肺癌137例,结核32例,淋巴瘤8例,侵袭性胸腺瘤7例,12例为炎性肉芽肿,另有8例病理未能明确,临床随诊复查。并发症为气胸及肺内出血。结论CT引导下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术是相对安全、易行、确诊率高、有效的诊断方法。Objective To explore the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of pulmonary masses. Methods A retrospectively analysis was made of 204 patients who underwent CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of pulmonary masses. Results CT-guided percutaneous biopsy revealed a total of 218 lesions in the 204 patients with biopsy,of which there were 137 cases of lung cancer, 32 of tuberculosis, 8 of lymphoma, 7 of invasive thymoma, 12 of inflammatory granuloma, and another 8 cases with no clear pathology and clinical follow-up for reexamination. Complications were pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy is a safe, easy, accurate and effective diagnostic technique.
