沿海地区自然环境中战备消毒包储存时限的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨战备消毒包在沿海地区自然环境中的储存时限。[方法]准备双层棉布手术敷料包、器械包、敷料器械混合包各54个,脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌后分别存放在战备仓库自然环境密闭、开放储存箱内,每个箱内放置3种类型消毒包各3个,分别于灭菌后7d、14d、19d、24d、29d、34d,每次每组随机取9个包进行细菌培养;在战备消毒包灭菌当天及每次消毒包取样前,对战备仓库空气、储存箱进行取样培养。[结果]灭菌后24d消毒包培养结果均为阴性;29d开放组1个消毒包培养结果为阳性、密闭组培养结果为阴性,34d开放组2个消毒包培养结果为阳性、密闭组1个消毒包培养结果为阳性。消毒包内的细菌分别为藤黄微球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、沃氏葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌;战备仓库空气优势菌种为人葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、沃氏葡萄球菌;储存箱内优势菌种为蜡样芽孢杆菌、沃氏葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌、真菌。[结论]沿海地区自然环境中战备消毒包的储存时限与沿海地区的环境气候因素密切相关;战备消毒包内细菌与空气、储存箱中的细菌具有密切的关系。Objective：To probe into storing time limit of combat readiness disinfection packages under natural environment of coastal areas.Methods：To prepare 54 pieces of double-cotton surgical dressings packages,54 pieces of appliances packages and 54 pieces of dressings mixed with appliances packages,and to store them in storage box of combat readiness warehouses under the natural environment after pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilization.All packages were divided into two groups.One group was closed,another group was open.Each storage box placed in 3 types of disinfection packages and each type with 3 pieces.Bacterial cultures were performed each time in each group randomly taking nine packages at 7 days,14 days,19 days,24 days,29 days,and 34 days after sterilization respectively.Samples also collected from the air of combat readiness warehouses and storage box packages and bacterial culture were performed on the day of sterilizing and each time prior to take sampling.Results：On the 24th post-sterilization day,culture results were negative in all sterile packages.On the 29th post-sterilization day,the culture result of one sterile package in open group was positive,the others were negative.However,culture results of closed group were all negative.On the 34th post-sterilization day,the culture results of two sterile packages in open group were positive.Culture result of one sterile package in closed group was positive,the others were negative.The bacteria cultured in sterile packages were garcinia micrococcus luteus,bacillus cereus,staphylococcus warneri,and human staphylococcus.Dominant bacteria cultured in combat readiness warehouses were human staphylococcus,garcinia micrococcus luteus,bacillus cereus,and staphylococcus warneri.Dominant bacteria cultured in storage box were bacillus cereus,staphylococcus warneri,human staphylococcus,and fungi.Conclusion：The storing time-limit of combat readiness sterile package under the natural environment of coastal area was closely related to climatic factors.The bacter
