摘  要:实验以 Ilizarov 式外固定架固定山羊左胫骨,在其中段作骨膜下横形截骨。两周后开始牵拉延长,每天1mm,连续30d。动物定期取材,作光镜及透射电镜观察。实验结果从形态学上证实了截骨后持续缓慢牵拉,对形成中的骨痂施以轴向的张应力,能刺激细胞增殖及代谢活动,使截骨端间获得完全的骨愈合。作者认为:除成骨细胞外,成纤维细胞可能在骨痂延长骨愈合过程中起着重要作用。Sub-periosteal transverse osteotomy was performed at the middle part of the left sheep tibia after it was fixed with Ilizarov external fixtor.Gradual distraction persisted for 30 days at the rate of lmm/day after 2 weeks' delay.After sacrifice,the samples were observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope.The experiment results morphologically demons- trated that successive and slow distraction after osteotomy could subject the forming callus to the axial tensile stress,which stimulate the cell proliferation and metabolic activity,and make the osteotomized bone ends healed completely.The author believed that besides the osteoblasts,the fibroblasts might play an active role in the course of callotasis osteogenesis.
