摘　　要：为构建基于GIS的交通信息发布系统数据库,采用空间数据与属性数据相分离的数据库结构,利用数据捆绑和ODBC动态连接技术实现数据之间的互访.在数据库设计中,提出了基于联机处理和基于车道的两种数据模型设计方法.通过对交通信息发布实验系统的运作表明,该种数据库设计方法能明显提升系统运行效率.For constructing the database for Traffic Information Promulgation System based on GIS, the frame of the spatial data and non-spatial data are adopted separately. And the data is exchanged with the binding and ODBC connecting between spatial data and non-spatial data. Online-based disposal data model and lane-based road data model in design of database also are proposed in paper, which is efficiency for managing the Multi-dimensional traffic data and displaying information. Through the operation of the traffic information promulgation system, the efficient of the system can be heightened obviously.
