摘 要:应用可靠性工程中的故障树分析法解决船舶大型复杂电气控制系统普遍存在的维修、管理难的问题,具有很强的使用价值.将故障树分析法应用于船舶电站自动控制系统,创建了船舶电站自动控制系统的故障树,编写出用户程序,完成对船舶电站自动控制系统故障树的定性、定量分析,编写出实用树、故障查找流程图等船舶电站自动控制系统维修、保养指南.In order to solve maintenance and management problems of huge electrical automation system in ships, a useful method, the fault tree analysis method, was proposed. As an engineering application example, the fault tree analysis method involved in the reliability engineering was applied to the automatic control system for marine power station. The fault tree of automatic control system for marine power station was constructed first and then the user program was compiled. After finishing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree, the practical tree and the fault--finding flow chart used for guiding system repair and maintenance were given at the end of the paper. The method introduced in this paper provided a theoretical basis and scientific guidance for management and maintenance of marine power station.
