摘　　要：针对仿真软件的特点,介绍了GMDSS系统组成和功能、模块分解和系统设计.基于C/S模式,详细分析了GMDSS的软件设计模型和网络通信中的数据交换算法,实现了教练员端(岸站)和客户端(船站)的实时仿真,在局域网内完成了船台与岸台以及卫通船站与岸站的模拟操作.For the characteristics of simulation software, the GMDSS systems composition and functions, modules decomposition and systems design were introduced. The analysis of the GMDSS software design and data exchange algorithm in the network communication based on the C/S model was done, the coaches station （shore stations） and client （ship station） real-time simulations were realized, the ships radio station and coast radio station as well as INMARSAT MES and LES simulation operation in the local area network was wmpleted.
