复感宁治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复感宁方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效、红细胞CR1数量及免疫活性的变化。方法:治疗组以协定处方复感宁治疗,对照1组用转移因子口服液治疗,疗程8周,停药3个月进行评价。另设对照2组30例,均为健康儿童。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照1组为66.7%,两组疗效差异无显著意义。治疗组CR(1A值)、RCR(%)治疗前后比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05),而治疗后CR(1A值)、RCR(%)三组间比较差异无显著意义。结论:复感宁方对小儿反复呼吸道感染的红细胞CR1数量及免疫活性有显著提升作用,疗效较好。Objective：To observe the effects of prescription FuGanNing, the number of erythrocyte CR1 and immunocompetence changes on children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods：The treatment group treated by prescription FuGanNing and the control group 1 received the oral transfer factor therapy for 8 weeks; the effects were evaluated after 3-month drug withdrawal. The control group was selected from 30 healthy children. Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7% and 66.7% in the control group 1, with no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups. There was the great difference in CR1 （A value） and RCR （%） before and after the treatment in the treatment group （P〈 0.05）, while CR1 （A value） and RCR （%） among the three groups showed no significant difference after treatment. Conclusion：The prescription FuGanNing can significantly enhance the number of erythroeyte CR1 and immunocompetence on children with recurrent respiratory tract infections and get the good curative effect.
