热痹康汤对实验性关节炎大鼠血清IL-2及IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察热痹康汤对实验性关节炎大鼠血清白介素-2(IL-2)及白介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导实验性关节炎大鼠模型,以甲氨蝶呤作对照,观察不同剂量热痹康汤对模型大鼠的关节肿胀指数以及血清IL-2、IL-10水平的影响。结果:不同剂量热痹康汤均能降低大鼠的关节肿胀指数及升高IL-10的水平(P<0.01),其中在改善IL-10水平方面热痹康汤高剂量组优于甲氨蝶呤组(P<0.01)、热痹康汤中剂量组作用与甲氨蝶呤组相当(P>0.05)。高剂量热痹康汤能显著降低模型大鼠的IL-2水平(P<0.01),作用优于甲氨蝶呤(P<0.01)。结论:热痹康汤能下调实验性关节炎大鼠血清IL-2水平,提高IL-10的水平,提示可能是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。Objective： To observe the effects of ReBiKang Decoction on serum interleukin -2 （IL-2） and interleukin - 10 （IL-10） contents of experimental arthritis rats. Methods： The model of experimental arthritis of rats induced by Bovine collagen type Ⅱwas prepared as the treatment group and the control group was given the methotrexate. The observation was made on the effects of different doses of ReBiKang Decoction on the joint swelling index and content levels of serum IL-2 and IL-10 of rats. Results： The joint swelling index was reduced while IL-10 levels was increased by different doses of ReBiKang Decoction （P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with the methotrexate treatment, the high-dosage group with ReBiKang Decoction had the better effects in the improvement of the level of IL-10 （P 〈0.01 ）. The effect of medium dosage group with ReBiKang Decoction was the same as that of the control group （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： ReBiKang Decoction can reduce serum IL-2 level and improve the level of IL-10 of experimental arthritis in rats. It implies that it might be one of the mechanisms in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
