丙硫克百威高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定丙硫克百威的定量分析方法。采用C18 HPLC色谱柱，以甲醇／水（80／20，v/v）为流动相，检测波长选择276nm。结果表明：质量浓度在0．03245-0．2163mg／mL范围内，线性关系良好，线性回归方程为Y=9632186．7X＋6826．7，相关系数为0．99998，方法的标准偏差为0．42，变异系数为0．42％，平均回收率为99．8％。本方法检验实际样品中丙硫克百威的含量，结果重现性好，与气相色谱法测定结果相吻合。A replicable HPLC method was established for the determination of benfuracarb. The HPLC system consisted of SB-C18 column, methanol/water （80/20, v/v） as the mobile phase, and detective wavelength at 276 nm. The results showed a good liner correlation between the peak area and the injection mass concentration in the range of 0.032 45-0.216 3 mg/mL （Y=9 632 186.7X＋6 826.7）, with the correlation efficiency of 0.999 98, the standard deviation of 0.42, the variation coefficient of 0.42%, and the average recovery rate of 99.8%.
