A Study on the Evapotranspiration and Drought Resistance of 12 Buffalograss[Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.)Engelm] Accessions

摘  要:在不同水分条件下研究了12份野牛草材料的蒸散量与抗旱性,结果表明:水分充足条件下各材料间除T09蒸散量较高外,其他材料差异不显著(P>0.05);水分胁迫的前18d,材料间有显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且随着胁迫时间延长各材料蒸散量、土壤含水量、叶片相对含水量均呈下降趋势,游离脯氨酸、丙二醛和相对电导率则为增加趋势;蒸散量与各抗旱指标间均显著或极显著相关;通过聚类分析,将12份野牛草划分为3个抗旱级别,即较强抗旱材料T01,中度抗旱材料T02、T03、T04、T05、T06、T07、T10和T11,较弱抗旱材料T08、T09和T12。The evapotranspiration of 12 buffalograss accessions in different water condition and their drought resistance were studied.The results showed that under sufficient irrigation,they had not significant difference among accessions(P〉0.05) except T09,and before 18 days of the water stress,they had significant difference among accessions(P〈0.05 or 0.01).As the stress of drought was intensified,the evapotranspiration,soil water content,relative water content in leaves decreased;oppositely,content of POD,MDA and relative electrical conductivity rate were increased.The evapotranspiration were significantly correlated with drought resistance indexes(P〈0.05).With cluster analysis,12 buffalograss accessions were divided into three grades of the drought resistance,the strong drought resistant materials: T01,the medium drought resistant materials: T02,T03,T04,T05,T06,T07,T10,T11,and the weak drought resistant materials: T08,T09,T12.
