摘 要:以衣康酸均聚物、聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、含羧基聚天冬氨酸衍生物(PASP-ASP)以及葡萄糖酸钠为原料,研制出一种全有机多元复合水处理剂。采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验、电化学实验、阻垢试验以及生物降解实验对复合水处理剂的缓蚀阻垢性能及生物降解性能进行了评定,采用扫描电镜对腐蚀试片和垢样进行了观察。结果表明,新型复合水处理剂是一种以抑制阴极极化为主的混合型缓蚀剂,具有优良的缓蚀性能和阻垢性能,药剂生物降解性能十分优异。A new all-organic multi-component composite water treatment agent was developed from itaconic acid homopolymer, polyepoxysuccinic acid, polyaspartic acid derivative and sodium gluconate. The performance of corrosion and scale inhibition and biodegradability were evaluated by ro- tary hanging-piece corrosion tests, electrochemical, scale inhibition tests and biodegradation experiments.The corrosion testing piece and scale sample were characterized by SEM. Potentiodynamic polarization curves indicated that the blended inhibitor acted as an cathodic polarization-based suppression of mixed-type inhibitor. The results showed that the new multi-component composite water treatment agent had good performance of corrosion and scale inhibition and excellent biodegradability.
