摘 要:考察了4种超滤组合工艺(精滤-超滤、精滤-活性炭-超滤、精滤-活性炭-精滤-超滤和混凝沉淀-超滤)对城市污水的深度处理效果。结果表明,4种超滤组合工艺对浊度的去除率都很高,最高达92.2%,均能保证出水浊度低于1NTU,说明超滤膜对浊度的去除效果很好;4种超滤组合工艺对有机物的去除率比较高,其中精滤-活性炭-精滤-超滤对有机物的去除效果最好;超滤膜对TN和NH3-N的去除率比较低;4种超滤组合工艺的初始膜通量不同,精滤-活性炭-精滤工艺出水通量下降较快。The experiment was carried out with the aim of reviewing the effect of four combined processes of ultrafiltration (M-UF,MC-UF,MCM-UF, H-UF) on the advanced treatment of municipal sewage. The results indicated that the removal rate of turbidity of four processes are very high, up 92.2 percent, and they all can ensure the turbidity in effluent water less than 1NTU, that showed the UF membrane is effective on removing turbidity; four combined processes ofultrafiltration for the removal of organic matter is relatively high, and the best process is microfiltration-actived carbon- microfil- tration-nanofiltration membrane (MCM-UF); the UF membrane can remove TN and NH3-N in some extent, however, the rate is very low; the initial membrane flux of four combined UF process are different, and the water flux of MCM declines faster.
