摘 要:目的探讨MR仿真内窥镜技术的临床应用价值。方法对31例患者选择性进行椎管、胆管、泌尿系统、主动脉及分支、结肠进行无间隔扫描,并将原始图像传输到工作站,应用Navigator(领航者)软件,调整域值,显示含液、含气的器官内腔,重建出器官内表面图像,并可应用“flightthrough(漫游)”功能沿管腔内进行动态观察,获得MR仿真内窥镜效果。结果MR仿真内窥镜在椎管内观察了突出的椎间盘压迫硬脊膜、蛛网膜下腔的内突改变和髓外硬膜内肿瘤与脊髓的关系。胆道及泌尿系统仿真内窥镜可观察管道及其分支的形态、其内的占位性病变的形态,并了解管道的狭窄及闭塞情况;MR仿真内窥镜应用于主动脉及其分支的观察,可了解主动脉及其分支的形态、夹层动脉瘤的破口及真假腔的形态和大小;结肠的管腔形态及占位性病变亦可通过MR仿真内窥镜来观察。结论MR仿真内窥镜是一种新的多角度观察病变的诊断方法。Purpose To discuss the clinical applications of 3D MR virtual endoscopy (MRVE). Methods Thirty one patients were examined by MR virtual endoscopy including vertebral canal, biliary tract, urinary tract, aorta with its main branches and colon. The primary data were transferred to the computer workstation. By adjusting the threshold of the signal intensity through “Navigator” S/W, the gas or fluid containing organs were displayed and their inner walls reconstructed and using the “flight through” function, MRVE was performed. Results With MRVE, the prominent disc pressing on the dural sac, and the relationship between intradural extramedullary mass and the spinal cord were clearly demonstrated. The inner wall of aorta with its main branches, the leak of pseudoaneurysm and the appearance of true/false cavity could be displayed by MRVE. Conclusion 3D MRVE provides a free angulation vision of the canal organs. However, the clinical value will require further investigation.
