摘 要:采用固体强酸SO42-/Zr4+作为催化剂合成中间体PA,再用其制备具有梳型结构的聚羧酸系减水剂PAMMA。结果表明,当催化剂添加量为聚己二醇质量的0.75%时,生成的PA酯化率为97.6%,且催化剂经过回收后能重复使用;讨论了合成的减水剂分子及其应用于华新P42.5水泥时的流变性能、共混形态、抗折、抗压等力学性能。采用SO42-/Zr4+作为催化剂合成的高性能减水剂,红外图谱表明该减水剂分子结构和瑞士Sika公司的Viscocrete 3000型高效减水剂有一定相似性,应用于水泥时,在0.5%的掺量下能达到315.5mm的流动度,同时能使后期强度提高约125%。Poly-carboxylic acid water reducer agent PAMMA with comb-like structure was prepared from intermediate PA that was synthesized using solid superacid SO4^2-/Zr^4+ as catalyst.The molecular structure and mechanical properties of the obtained water reducer agent were investigated,such as rheological property,morphology of the blend,flexural and compressive resistance when applied in Huaxin P42.5 cement.Results showed that the water reducer agent obtained by using the present method have good performance,and its molecular structure is similar with that of Viscocrete 3000 of Sika Company.Application in cement proved that the obtained water reducer agent can significantly reduce water consumption,the 28D strength increase 125% as compared with the net slurry cement.
