摘  要:目的:探讨钙离子对蟾蜍离体腓肠肌收缩性的影响。方法:把剥制好的离体腓肠肌标本先浸泡在任氏液中,用LMS-2B型二道生理记录仪记录最适刺激下的单收缩曲线;然后换上不同浓度的钙离子溶液浸泡10min,记录单收缩曲线。分别测定单收缩的最大收缩幅度、收缩能量、抑制率。结果表明,低浓度的Ca2+溶液对蟾蜍离体腓肠肌收缩能力具有显著的促进作用,而高浓度的Ca2+溶液对蟾蜍离体腓肠肌的收缩能力具有显著的抑制作用。Our research is to study the effects of Ca^2+ on the contractility of isolated skeleton muscle in toads. Methods : At first, the isolated toad gastrocnemius sample was immersed in Ringer solution for 10 minutes, the twitch curve was recorded in moderatest stimulation with a LMS-2B two-lead physiological recorder; then isolated toad gastrocnemius samplewas immersed in Ca^2+ solution with different concentrations for ten minutes, the twitch curve was recorded in the same method. The results showed that High con- centrations K^+ solution had an obvious inhibitory effect on the contractility of isolated toad gastrocnemius, however, low concentrations Ca^2+ solution had an-obvious incitant effect on that.
