滇杨基因资源及其研究概况

摘　　要：滇杨是我国西南地区特有的杨属青杨派树种之一,也是我国乃至世界少有的分布于低纬度高海拔地区的杨树,与其他青杨派树种相比,滇杨无论是基础性研究还是应用性研究均极其薄弱,为提升对滇杨的认知,促进滇杨种质资源保护、开发与利用等研究工作的开展,在介绍滇杨基因资源及其研究概况的基础上,探讨了滇杨综合开发利用的问题与对策。Populus yunnanensis is one of species in Section Tacamahaca of genus Populus, which is native to southwest China. It is also an unwonted poplar species in China or even in the world that is distributed in low latitude but high altitude area. Compared to other species in Section Tacamahaca of genus Populus, such as P. simo- nil, P. ussuriensis, P. cathayana, etc. , little work has been done for either fundamental or applied researches on P. yunnanensis. The problems related to integrated development and utilization of P. yunnanensis resource and relevant countermeasures were discussed based on summarizing the gene resource survey and research progress in order to promote the cognizance to this tree species and the development of conservation, exploitation and utilization of germplasm resource of P. yunnanensis.
