摘　　要：完善的农业法律体系、农业支持政策,农业科教体系和农协是日本农业现代化的主要经验。我国应在坚持农村家庭联产承包责任制的前提下,发展农村合作经济组织,培养高素质农业人才,加快推进农业现代化进程。The perfect agriculture legal framework and agricultural support policy, three-in-one combination＇ s agricultural science and education system and the Agriculture Co-operatives are the successful experiences of Japan agriculture modernization. We should insist on countryside family joint production responsibility system ,develop the cooperatives economic organization and trains the high quality agriculture talented person to realize Chinese agriculture modernization.
