脾氨肽口服冻干粉对乙肝患者血浆细胞因子及T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉对乙肝患者血浆细胞因子及T细胞亚群的影响，探讨乙肝与细胞因子的关系。【方法】将90例乙肝患者分为脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗A组（59例）和基础治疗B组（31例），B组采用常规保肝降酶治疗，A组在常规治疗基础上加用脾氨肽治疗，治疗前后分别对A组及B组患者血浆IL2，IL-6等细胞因子及T淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8等进行测定，并与30名健康献血者作对照。【结果】治疗前A组及B组患者IL-2水平下降，CD4／CD8细胞百分比显著下降，明显低于正常组，IL-6水平，CD8细胞百分比升高。治疗后A组上述各项指标与正常组相比无明显差异。而B组变化不显著。【结论】脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗乙肝可调节细胞因子的水平和细胞免疫功能，从而达到增强免疫功能的作用。[Objective] To investigate the effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder on plasma cytokines and T lymphocyte subgroup in patients with chronic hepatitis B. [Methods] Ninety patients of chronic hepatitis B were divided into spleen aminopeptide oral lyopIlilized powder group（group A） and basic treat ment group（group B）. The plasma levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were measured with radio immunoassay and ELISA. T-lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood （including CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ ） were measured by direct microvolume whole blood immunofluorescent staining technique with flow cytometer （FCM）. [Results] The plasma level of IL-2 and CD4/CD8 in both group A and group B before treatment were low, but IL-6 and CD8 ratio was high. After treatment, there was no significant difference in above parameters of both group A and group B between chronic hepatitis B group and normal group. [Conclusion] Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder for treating chronic hepatitis B can regulate the levels of cytokines and cellular immune function, and improve cellular immune function.
