摘 要:目的分析花都区麻疹流行态势,为制定消灭麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用excel和spss软件统计分析花都区麻疹疫情,并对报告病例开展流行病学调查。结果花都区2006~2008年麻疹发病559例,疫情有逐年上升趋势,主要分布于流动人口聚集的城乡结合地带,季节以4~8月为高峰,病例多为外来流动人口,多数病例无免疫史或不详。结论花都区麻疹疫情上升原因主要是流动人口流入造成麻疹免疫屏障薄弱,提示要加强免疫规划管理,提高人群的麻疹免疫水平。Objective To provide the scientific basis for eliminating measles through analysing the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Huadu District. Method Excel, Spss and epidemiologlcal investigation were conducted on the data of measles recorded from 2006 to 2008 in HuaDa district. Results There were 559 cases of measles incidence in Huadu District from 2006 to 2008. The general trend of the measles cases was ascending . The measles cases mainly occurred in the floating population who lived between the urban and rural areas. The peak time of the incidence of measles was from April to August every year. The floating population was the main population of measles incidence. Most of the cases were non - immuse or unknown immunization. Conclusions The causes of the ascent of measles cases are the floating of temporary population and the weak immunity to measles. We should strengthen immunization planning and management and improve the level of population immunity.
