摘　　要：目的脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗糖丸生产管理过程中深入研究精细化物料平衡,确保制品完全符合生产全过程监督管理法定技术规范。方法计算公式做进一步换算后使各操作层面实施简单标准的计算方法。结果对生产制品全程监控,有效避免可能存在的混淆和交叉污染。结论实施物料平衡,有利生产管理确保产品质量。Objective Keeping quantity balance of excipients and OPV （oral poliomylifis vaccine ） candy accurately during the process of OPV production is important to reach Good Manufacturing Practice reqerments. Method Research on good manufacturing practice balance formula carefully , use it correctly and make it simplier.. Results The resalt of control over the whole process of OPV candy production ensured the product standardization.. Conclusions It is of benefit to Quality control by this way.
