云南突发性水污染事件影响应对初探

摘　　要：介绍了云南的突发性水污染事件,以及对环境、社会、经济造成的影响,认为甚至会影响到国际外交,敏感度非常高。提出了防范措施和建议。The impacts from emergent water pollution event in Yunnan province on environment and society and economy are introduced. There is high sensitivity for the impacts to be related to international relations because of international rivers. Countermeasures on controlling emergent water pollution events are pointed out.
