摘　　要：创面修复是中医外科面临的最常见基本问题。能否在丰富的中医药临床实践中找到提高机体主动修复能力、创面修复理论创新途径,中医药诊断标准、评价评价标准的规范是非常必要的。选定中医外治优势病症如糖尿病足、慢性下肢溃疡等慢性炎症性疾病,在系统文献梳理和广泛的前期研究与经验归纳基础上,形成适应中医外治理论与治则的科学设计的综合外治方案;联合建立全国多中心研究平台,在监察、质控与第三方数据管理及统计的严格管理中构建科学的疗效评价体系。客观反映外治法为主的中医综合治疗方案对糖尿病足溃疡期、慢性静脉性下肢溃疡等进行疗效和安全性评价研究的结果,形成优化的临床外治方案;产生中医促进创面愈合的有效的外治方、法、技术等临床操作规范及客观的疗效评价标准;将为糖尿病足等慢性炎症性疾病的诊疗指南提供临床依据,为中医促进创面修复理论提供创新基础。Wound healing is the most common fundamental questions in TCM surgery. Whether TCM can be found a better approaches of theoretical innovation on rich clinical practice, to enhance the body＇s ability to take the initiative to repair and promote wound healing, as well as the long-term accumula- tion in the practice of TCM surgery, the characteristics of practice in TCM external treatment therapies and external treatment technology demonstration study, in order to achieve truly improve the clinical efficacy of TCM,so as to heritage and explore the TCM theory and experience in surgical. It is essential of the norms that TCM clinics, evaluation of technical specifications and Standard. Select the advantage diseases of TCM external treatment, such as： diabetic foot, chronic leg ulcer and other chronic inflammatory diseases, on the basic of literature sort and widely research and experience in a range of pre-induction and experience generalize. To form a scientific design of the integrated external therapy program of adaptation theory of TCM external treatment and treatment principles establish a national multi-center research platform, to build a scientific effiicacy evaluation system on monitoring, quality control with third-party data management and strict statistics management.
