早期离断在糖尿病下肢血管病变肢端坏疽中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病血管病变引起的肢端坏疽往往需要截肢,甚至高位截肢。为更好地保存肢体,采用早期离断,离断平面沿正常与炎症皮肤交界处确定,按正常截肢术操作,残端开放或简单缝合。采用早期离断的方法,尽可能多地保留了残肢,减低了截肢平面,提高了患者生活质量。中药外用药的应用对创面的愈合提供了有力保障。It is necessary for performing amputation, even in higher position in the subjects with gangrene resulting from diabetic vascular diseases in the leg. To save the limbs, early amputation was per- formed by regular protocol and amputation edge is the location between normal and inflammatory skins and amputated part kept open or suture. The benefits of early amputation included saved more limbs, decrease amputated position and enhanced living quality for patients. In addition, Chinese external medicine provid- ed necessary support for treating ulcer after the surgery.
