糖尿病足神经及动脉组织中α-肌动蛋白表达与中医辨证分型的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病足截肢标本神经及动脉组织中α-肌动蛋白(α-actin)的表达与糖尿病足中医辨证分型的相关性。方法对100例糖尿病足准备截肢患者按照中医辨证分为气血两虚瘀阻证、气阴两虚瘀阻证、脉络热毒证3型,对这些糖尿病足截肢标本进行神经及动脉组织的α-ac-tin免疫组化研究。结果在神经及动脉组织中脉络热毒证表达最强,气血两虚瘀阻证表达最弱。各证型之间α-actin表达具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病足中医辨证分型与α-actin的表达具有较高的相关性。Objective To investigate the associativity between identify signs and pattern types for diabetic foot and expression of α-actin in nerve and artery of amputation. Methods 100 cases with diabet- ic foot were divided into stagnant deficiency of both qi and blood type, stagnant deficiency of both qi and yin type and heat toxin in collaterals type according to syndrome differentiation in TCM. Studying of the ex- pression of α-actin in nerve and artery with immunohistochemistry method. Results It expressed hight in heat toxin in collaterals type and low in stagnant deficiency of both qi and blood type. There were significant difference for expression of α-actin among the three types （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion There are high asso- ciativity between identify signs and pattern types for nerve and artery in diabetic foot and expression of α- actin.
