疮疡疾病相关的外用中药研究概述

摘　　要：近10年来外用中药在疮疡疾病的临床治疗方面取得了较大的进展,同时外用中药作用机理研究也取得一定成绩,实验表明外用中药具有促进血液循环功能,提高创面成纤维细胞及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的含量,激活、趋化巨噬细胞,调节创面免疫功能,提高创面纤维结合蛋白质含量,增加创面生长因子等作用。本文从临床研究、实验研究、疮疡外治理论创新等方面进行综述。In recent years, the clinical treatment of external used Chinese medicine on sore disea- ses has made great progress, meanwhile the research on the mechanism of external used Chinese medicine has aslo achieved some results. Experimental results showed that external use of Chinese medicine could promote blood circulation, increase fibroblasts and type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collagen content, activate and chemoattract macrophages, regulate immune function, improve fibronectin protein content and increase growth factors of the wound, etc. In this paper, clinical studies, experimental research, theoretical innovation in sore areas were reviewed.
