摘　　要：随着我国城市化的高速发展,城市交通拥堵已成为制约城市发展的瓶颈,各大城市把轨道交通建设作为解决交通拥堵办法的首选,我国的城市轨道交通建设进入了一个高速发展的时期。笔者结合自身的工作经历,对这一时期轨道交通建设的特点及存在的问题进行总结,对如何又好又快地建设城市轨道交通作了思考,提出应对城市轨道交通建设新形势、新特点、新问题的方式方法。Along with the high -speed development of China＇s urbanization, traffic jam has become a bottle -neck to many cities. Rail transit has been chosen as a main method to overcome this problem by various big cities. Combining his own experiences, the author summarizes the characteristics and existing problems in this period, putting forward ways and means in accordance with new situations, characteristics and problems.
