摘 要:应用综合定量评价的方法对20名健康人及24名先天性房、室间隔缺损性心脏病患者进行甲皱微循环观测,同时对患者进行血液动力学测定。发现肺总动脉平均压、肺总动脉阻力分别与甲皱微循环总积分呈明显正相关,提示在房、室间隔缺损患者中,肺循环微血管的变化与体循环微血管变化的严重性有一致的趋势。应用多元线性回归与相关的方法得到回归方程,从而通过测定甲皱微循环积分值,就可得到肺总动脉平均压、肺总动脉阻力的估计值。Using the multiple quantitative evaluation method, the observation was made on nailfold microcircula-tion of 20 healthy persons and 24 cases with atrial/ventricular septal defect. The changes of hemodynamics for patients with congenital heart diseases were evaluated. The results showed that the correlation between total score value,mean pulmonary artery pressure and total pulmonary artery resistance was evident. It was suggested that the changes of nailfold microcirculation were in correspondence with the pathological variations of pulmonary microcirculation. Using the method of multiple linear regression and correlation to establish an equation, the mean pulmonary artery pressure and total pulmonary artery resistance could be calculated by the measurement of total score value and pattern score value of nailfold microcirculation.
