济(源)钢40Cr钢生产工艺实践

摘　　要：利用60tLD→60tLF→CC，采用转炉高拉碳，硅钙钡、铝铁复合脱氧工艺，过程Als控制在0．010％～0．020％，精炼末期喂硅钙线等措施，通过对10炉生产数据进行跟踪采集，检验结果表明：河南济钢40Cr钢生产过程稳定，成分控制精确；LF精炼过程增氮0．0022％，连铸过程增氮0．0017％；钢坯T[O]平均为0．0010％，T[N]平均为0．0057％，钢材组织为铁素体和珠光体，晶粒度8．5级，各项检验达到标准要求。The use of 60t LD→60t LF→CC, with high - pull converter of carbon, silicon - calcium barium, Al - Fe composite deoxidation process, Controlling Als in steel 0.010% - 0.020%, and feeding calcium - silicon in end refining period. The examination results of 10 heats of the sheel show that the the process is stable, composition control is accurate;Aidding nitrogen 0.0022% at LF refining process,0. 0017% nitrogen at CC process,The content of oxggen in steel products is 0.0010% ,content of nitrogen is 0.0057%. steel organizations ferrite and pearlite, grain size 8.5 ,all tests meet standards.
