摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省居民两周患病率,分析其影响因素,为深化湖北省医药卫生体制改革提供相应的参考依据。方法:对湖北省第四次卫生服务调查的家庭健康询问数据中有关两周患病的数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:湖北省城乡居民两周患病率为118.0‰,其中城市地区为123.1‰,农村地区为114.9‰;从疾病系统别来看,前5位依次是呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病。结论:应充分关注不同年龄、性别、文化程度、职业状况的居民的卫生服务需要,降低两周患病率,全面提高居民健康水平。Objective：To understand the two-week morbidity rate of residents in Hubei Province and explore the influencing factors of that, in order to provide corresponding references for the medical and health system reform in Hubei Province.Methods：Analyzed the family health part of The Fourth Health Services Survey of Hubei Province.Result：The two-week morbidity rate is 118.0‰, and that of urban areas and rural areas are respectively 123. 1‰ and 114.9‰.From the view of disease system, the fornler five followed by respiratory system diseases, circulatory system diseases, digestive system diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases, genito-urinary system diseases.Conclusion：We shoul- d give full attention to the health service needs of residents of different age, sex, education, and occupational status, in order to reduce the two- week morbidity rate and comprehensively improve population health.
