摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市某三甲医院3种内科单病种住院费用的影响因素,探索控制单病种医疗费用不合理增长的措施。方法:对2003年-2007年3种内科单病种住院费用进行累积Logistic回归模型分析,寻找可能的影响因素。结果:入院情况和实际住院天数是3种内科单病种住院费用的主要影响因素,出院情况是脑出血的影响因素。实际住院天数越长,病人住院费用越倾向于高费用段。结论:将平均住院日或中位数住院天数作为单病种住院费用控制的敏感指标,将住院天数降低到适宜水平;努力提高医疗质量,提高疾病的治愈率,降低疾病的病死率。Objective：The paper is to explore the influencing factors of medical expenses of three single internal diseases in certain tertiary hospital in Wuhan city so as to provide some expense control methods.Methods：Using cumulative logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors based on collecting medical expenses of three single internal diseases in hospital from 2003 to 2007. Results：The patients condition while hospital admission and the actual stay days in hospital are the main influencing factors. Meanwhile Patient condition while discharged from hospital is one of influencing factors of cerebral hemorrhage. The more actual stay days in hospital, the more expenses.Conclusions：Average or median stay days in hospital should be a sensitive indicator to control medical expenses of single diseases in hospital. It should be decreased to an appropriate level. Quality of health care should be improved to raise cure rate and reduce fatality rate.
