摘　　要：采用定性研究的方法对汶川地震灾后参与紧急医疗救助的关键知情人进行深入访谈,结合实地勘察调查对医疗救助过程中政府、医疗机构、受灾居民三方面出现的困难及其原因进行剖析,并提出相应的对策建议,为后续研究和灾后医疗救助提供参考。In this paper, in-depth interviews was conducted with key insiders who involved in emergency medical assistance in Wenchuan Earthquake as qualitative interview method. At the same time, to analyze the problems and its cause in the course of medical assistance through field surveys, and then, to propose the appropriate solution strategies and recommendations,and to provide reference for follow-up research and post-disaster medical assistance.
