摘  要:以国际电信市场的3G发展为切入点,分析了国际3G市场目前所处的发展阶段和发展特征,对3G发展的国际经验进行了案例研究和总结。通过总结国际运营商在3G发展中的成功与失败经验,提炼出了影响3G发展的4个主要内部因素和1个外部因素。在此基础上,结合我国电信市场的基本情况和2G与3G长期共存的现状,为我国三大运营商的3G商用推进提出了具体策略建议。This paper firstly makes a brief analysis of the development of the international 3G market and leads to a conclusion on the current stage of development and key features of the international 3G development. Then case studies on international experience of mobile carriers operating 3G are conducted and conclusions are made on successful and failed attempts of international telecom carriers. Four major internal factors and one external factor, influencing 3G development, are also extracted from the case studies. On the basis these research, combining with the basic situation of China's telecom market and the situation of 2G and 3G long-term coexistence, strategies and advice on 3G development are launched to China's three major 3G operators.
