HPLC法同时测定复方消炎凝胶剂中甲硝唑和氧氟沙星的含量

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定复方消炎凝胶剂中甲硝唑和氧氟沙星含量。其回收率分别为99．46％和97．80％。该法操作简便，测定结果可靠。A method of HPLC for simultaneous determination of ofloxacin and metronidazole in gel is described. A shimpack CLC-ODS(150mm× 60mm id, 5μm)was used as analytical column. A mixture of methanal-0. 2mol/L ammonium acetate solution(pH2. 7) (35:65) was used as analytical mobile phase.The detection was at 293 nm. In the concentration range of 0. 4～3. 6μg/ml of metronidazole and 0. 32～2. 88μg/ml of ofloxacin,the equations of linear regression were Y=425+971939X (r=0. 9999)and Y=-889+3057463X(r=0. 9998)for metronidazole and ofloxacin respectively. The recoveries of method were 99. 46% and 97. 80% for metronidazole and ofloxacin respectively. The procedure is simple and the result is reliable.
