民办院校专转本学生融入问题研究

摘　　要：专转本是江苏省大专院校学生升入本科院校继续深造的重要方式,专转本学生并入民办院校学习生活后,新的学习和生活环境、高昂的学费、迷茫的心理状态让专转本学生难以适应新的大学生活。作为学生工作者要当好学生的引导员、组织员、疏导员,帮助学生融入和谐学院的建设中。It＇s an important way for junior college students to continue their study in private universities in Jiangsu Province. When the academic students come to private universities, the new environment for study and living, expensive tuition and confused psychology keep them out of the new study period. As one teacher working for the students, we need to bea good guider, organizer, leader for the students, and help them enter into the construction of our harmonious university.
