摘　　要：介绍了语义网及其技术的发展演变,提出实现网络环境下语义网信息检索与自动推理的技术框架,还论述了语义网和图书馆的关系。This paper has introduced the development and evolution of Semantic Web and its technology,put forward the technological structure to achieve information retrieval and automatic reasoning of Semantic Web under network environment,and discussed the relation between the Semantic Web and library.
