摘　　要：分析了河北省部分高校图书馆的人力资源现状。从管理体制、馆员继续教育和图书馆社会地位等方面探讨职业资格认证制度对高校图书馆人力资源建设的影响,认为高校图书馆应尽快完善和推行职业资格认证制度。The Paper has analyzed the present situation of human resources in college library of Hebei,studied the effect of professional credentials system on the construction of human resources in university libraries from the management system,librarian continuing education and social status of the library,and put forward suggestions that university libraries improve and carry out professional credentials system as soon as possible.
