摘　　要：竞争性战略联盟是一种新兴的战略模式,有助于通过创造协同效应提高企业的竞争能力,因而已成为战略管理学界研究的焦点之一。基于对相关研究成果进行总结与发展,本文讨论了竞争性战略联盟合作效应的内容,对其进行了分类;并进一步利用来自国内企业的调研数据,借助结构方程模型方法研究了竞争性战略联盟的合作效应与其影响因素之间的相关关系。研究表明,联盟的外部行业环境和内部资源特征均对联盟结构模式的选择具有显著影响,同时结构模式又显著影响着联盟的合作效应。Competitive alliance is an emerging strategic mode.It is beneficial to the firms improving their competitive ability through a creative synergy effect.Thus,it has become a focus in strategic management field.The content of cooperative effects of competitive alliance is discussed,a typology method is proposed,and the factors that can influence those effects are introduced based on the existing related research.Then the correlations between the effects and the influencing factors are tested using structure equation model with the data colleted from domestic firms.The results show that external environment and internal resource characteristics can remarkably influence the choice of alliance structure.Meanwhile,the structure of competitive alliance notablly determines the cooperative effects.
