摘　　要：北京2049的研究目标期长达40年,以世界趋势和国家长期发展战略为视野,分析国内外特大城市地区过去50年的发展过程,从历史中挖掘经验,同时进行发展战略研究,力求准确把握城市发展条件,探索北京城市科学发展模式。The time span of the planning of the Beijing 2049 will be as long as 40 years. With a view to the world trend and long term state development strategy, the researches for the Beijing 2049 need extracting experience from history by analysis of the development of megalopolises at home and abroad during the last 50years. It also needs strategy study of development, accurate control of urban development conditions and exploration of urban scientific development pattern of Beijing.
