锁定钢板治疗青壮年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨青壮年桡骨远端骨折的临床特点及手术疗效。方法对17例青壮年桡骨远端骨折采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定,术后早期功能锻炼。结果17例均获得随访,时间8～16(10.0±3.4)个月,患者均获得骨性愈合。疗效根据Dienst et al评分系统进行评定:优13例,良3例,可1例。结论青壮年桡骨远端骨折常为高能量损伤,多为不稳定骨折;早期切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗可获得较满意的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical features and surgical outcomes of treatment of the distal radius fractures in young adults.Methods 17 patients with distal radius fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation with locking plate,early functional exercise postoperatively.Results All the patients were followed up for 8～16（mean 10.0±3.4） months.Boney union was obtained in all the patients.The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to Dinest grading：13 patients were graded as excellent,3 good,and 1 fair.Conclusions The distal radius fractures in young adults are usually resulted from the high-energy injury,and most of which are unstable fractures;Early open reduction and internal fixation with locking plate will be more satisfied with the clinical outcomes.
