CT导引下注射丹参混合液治疗腰椎间盘病变所致腰腿痛

摘　　要：目的:探讨CT引导下脊神经根周围注射丹参混合液治疗腰腿痛的疗效。方法:在CT导引下注射丹参混合液治疗63例腰腿痛患者,将术前与术后1月及6月视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分比较,分析疗效。结果:63例中51例疼痛明显缓解,术前平均VAS评分为7.6±2.0分,术后1月平均为3.85±1.6分,术后6月平均为4.05±1.7分。术前与术后2次随访结果比较,得分差异有统计学意义,术后1月及6月的得分差异无统计学意义。椎间盘突出组与退变膨出组的得分差异也无统计学意义。结论:CT导引下脊神经根周围注射丹参混合液治疗腰腿痛安全有效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of mixture Dansen injections into the periganglionic space in the treatment of radicular pain under CT guidance. Methods： Mixture Dansen infiltrations were performed in 63 patients with lumbar radicular pain under CT guidance, the VAS scores （3 and 6 months） of before and after surgical operation were compared to evaluate the effect. Results： Fifty-one in 63 patients showed significant pain reduction, with the score of VAS 7.6±2.0 （before therapy） dropping to 3.85±1. 6 （after 1 month） and 4.05± 1. 7 （after 6 months）. Differences in improvements before and after the therapy were statistically significant. Differences between 1 month and 6 months follow-up were not statistically significant. Differences between the two groups demonstrated no statistical significance. Conclusion： Mixture Dansen injection around the spinal nerve roots under CT guidance is safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar radicular pain.
